After having our fuel line cut, I was really in a pickle one Saturday, until I was referred onto Johnny. He immediately agreed to sort out a tow truck to take the car to his workshop and was so great to deal with. So much so, that when the fuel line was cut AGAIN, despite living in Wellington City and him being based in Porirua, we went back to him and again was over the moon by the level of care we received. I’ve used a few mechanics in Wellington but will be taking my car to JB Auto from now on. Johnny did a service and a few other things which were all explained upfront, and there were no hidden surprises. The workshop is a 2 minute walk from the train station so it’s easy to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon if you work in Wellington.
